Login Button not functioning in mobile version

When I first set up the login for the site, the mobile version was working. I got an email from a member this morning letting me know that she can’t log in into the mobile version of the site – she has to go to the desktop version to log in. She’s right – the mobile version of the login isn’t working on my phone either. I haven’t changed any of the setting that I know about. What might be the problem and how might I fix it – keeping in mind that I’m not a programmer.
