    Hello.

I saw some others threads similars to my problem but I didn’t find the solution.

When I try to log to my WordPress appears this message:

Your IP (185.27.133.12) has been flagged for potential security violations.

But that is not my IP, so the solution that I read about to put the IP in a whitelist it won’t work. What I can do to log succesfully in my site?

Thanks in advance for any help.

  • This IP belongs to iFastNet, a hosting provider. Is this your hosting provider?

Furthermore, are you using a service like Cloudflare, and more specifically, their “Railgun” feature?

    Yes to both questions.

But now, seems to work fine again. It is related to Cloudflare?

We will most likely have to change your Protect settings on our end, because your site seems to use unusual HTTP Headers that confuse Protect.

    Thanks!

@germansc I’ve had the exact same problem when I was using CloudFlare’s “RailGun” feature on my site, with my hoster (SiteGround). The IP that Jetpack’s “Protect” feature blocked was different of course but once I whitelisted it, I was able to log in just fine.

I’ve stopped using CloudFlare altogether now for various other reasons though.
