Hello. The block to log in on the checkout page isn’t working. I have put in the woocommerce configuration “Allow customers to access their account” and “Allow customers to register at checkout”. But when entering the email of an already created account and then the password, the button does nothing. Wouldn’t this action redirect you to the same page but with the user data filled in? When registering the user, it does so without problems. I attach a image of the page. Thanks a lot.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @albertoaye ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the Account login button is not functioning as expected, is that correct?

Typically, this is caused by something conflicting with WooCommerce. To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can use the free?Health Check?plugin. this will allow you to deactivate all plugins and change the theme, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

You can read more on how to perform a conflict test below:

Let us know how this goes!

Thanks, but in the end I used the Force Authentication Before Checkout for WooCommerce plugin
to redirect me to my account website and ask me to log in. That works perfect for me.

I will write down the plugin health check to use it.

    Thanks for all, Roxy.

    Hi @albertoaye

Thanks for your confirmation that you are using the third-party plugin Force Authentification Before Checkout for WooCommerce here.

Since this is a third-party plugin that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.

All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.
