Login Authentication Code Bounced

    When we turned on the 2FA on one of our sites and tried to log in, we didn’t receive any mail with the Login Authentication Code. When we checked on the Elastic Email, we saw that the Login Authentication Code mail was bounced.

    Does anyone know why this happened?

    Hi @prabinm, glad you reached out!

    Regarding email deliverability, Solid Security only generates the emails, and it is up to the mail server/SMTP to deliver them. Do you see any error logs/messages on your Elastic Email account on why the email bounced?
