Login attempts in blocked admin Pages?

    Hello

    I recently blocked any kind of access to my login pages because I was receiving massive login attempts from spamming IPs

    However I am still receiving these login attempts. How can this be possible?

    Siteground (my hosting provider) needs the logs to identify and investigate the issue. Could you kindly check?
