Login attempt gets “Your answer is incorrect – please try again”

I try to log in to my admin wp page but it does not like the answers I provide to the question log in:

9
It always gives me back the error : “Your answer is incorrect – please try again”

I have tried via different browsers, still the same issue. Any ideas?
