    Hi, I have a problem, with membership when I sign up and pay, I can not see the private page. I have to manually assign the membership to the user. I do not understand why. It should be an automatic thing.

    Also, which payment method do you use? Cause this sounds like the payment wasn’t confirmed, thus the membership didn’t get assigned to user.
    Please advise!

    Hi, i have done the payment with a true paypal account, but i have already that problem. I don’t see the registered user in “Membership > All Membership “. The payment has arrived to me, so i don’t why.
    These are the screen of my settings.

    A strange thing is that the payment of 10 cents is there, but paypal stole 10 cents from me and then my account is 0 euro, but i think that is for a tariff of paypal for the sale of the products.
    On the page of those who paid, the status is: pending.(on site) I do not know why. It seems a strange thing.

    Hope all is well!

    Please enable PayPal sandbox for future testing. Sign up with a test user and pay for a membership. Go to Membership 2 > Settings > General, scroll down at the bottom page. Click on the Check Membership Status changes to force Membership 2 to check for any payments. Please see screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/lixjpLbxoPD7MFZK75OjtTTgP55fJe#embed

    See if a registered member is listed as a subscriber under Membership 2 > All Members.

    Hi, i have click on the Check Membership Status changes after the user pay with paypal but nothing, in “all members” i don’t see him. Help me please, i don’t understand.

    ps. i don’t know if you need but in “billing>draft ” there is the last payment. It’s strange

    Thank you so much for the help. The problem was incorrect file js in theme.
