I have a problem with my site. When the user tries to log in or create a new account, on the first attempt the page resets and sends nothing. And on the second try, it works.

When I clear the entire Cloudflare plugin cache, the user can log in or register at first try. But after a few hours, the error happens again.

I already added the url “minha-conta*” to the list of Prevent the following URIs to be cached

    Hi,
I just now tested your website and can see that your register/login pages are being bypassed from cache: https://i.imgur.com/UbBfTij.png

I’ve also tried to login with a dummy email address and it perfectly showed me the error after I click login.

Can you recheck on an incognito window? As I am not seeing any issues here.

Hi, thank you by the feedback.

yesterday I purge the cache in the Cloudflare Super Page Cache and I added a new rule in the Cloudflare site to does not cache the page “minha-conta”.

I think so this new rule that solve the problem.

You should not need to add a new rule in CF. Just excluding them in plugin settings should work just fine.

In the plugin, I already had add the exclusion, but it does not work.

That is wired. Can you turn off the CF page rule for exclusion so that I can test?
Also the exclusion supposed to be /minha-conta* and not minha-conta*

In my plugin config I put

    /my-account*
    /minha-conta*
    /minha-conta/*

I remove the config in pages rules now.

    Working perfectly fine: https://i.imgur.com/ThBATdd.png

ALso you don’t need /minha-conta/* as /minha-conta* covers that.

Thank you. I will test again after 1 day to confirm that everything has resolved. Because the error occurred after a time of using the site without resetting the cache.

Yah! Once you change these settings you need to purge cache. Test and let me know so that the thread can be resolved.
