Login and Registration Forms wp-membership plugin

When I previously configured restriction for Pages, most of the pages appeared restricted and the Login and Registration forms appeared, but now that I have set only the page I want restricted (Infoproducts) this is perfect, however, the Login and Registration Forms wp -membership plugin no longer appear, neither on the Login page nor on the Registration page. How do I make wp-membership plugin Login and Registration Forms appear? Guide me, please!
