Login and Register redirects to cgi-sys/

    Hello
    I just installed wordpress with its original theme and no plugin activated , the login and register redirects to cgi-sys/bfdenied.shtml?/wp-login.php and cgi-sys/bfdenied.shtml?/wp-login.php?action=register

    how to fix it please
