login and register not working

    please how do i get this plugin to start working, cos since i installed it its not working, front-end register/login form is not working, if a visitor tries to register after filling the registration form and click register button, the page will just reload it self without registering the user, please help, i love this plugin but this problem is driving me crazy, if a new user cant register, how can he login? i have tried editing the user roles but the problem continued!

    I think if you have a missing register page in your setup …it will still working, maybe is that you have asing a role to your register form…and the role dont exist enymore…try to check that,try to delete the form and make a newone, in most of the cases is not the plugin, the plugin have a lot of options, thats why in most of the case ar we…when we setup the plugin,

    Please help! i have tried all method, ultimate member plugin front-end register and login form is still not working, check it out here https://firstcitycapitalinc.com/
    i have tried to contact the developer, but it seems that they only respond to premium members, if the plugin does not work for me as i heard, how can i pay for premium version? at-least i have to see what i’m paying for, maybe the best thing to do is to uninstall it.

    Hi,

    I can see from console that this error appears aftering trying to register: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

    I think your host is blocking form submissions.

    Can you contact your host and ask them to disable Contact your host support and ask them to disable mod_security and then test to see if registration works or not.

    Also what host are you with?
