Login and Logout being Redirected

I think I installed a plugin that messed up my Logout page

This is the link it goes to when I logout.

I installed some plugins that allow me to have a login in a widget and i deleted them because none worked exactly right.

I is there a way to rebuild the login page it is looking for or another way to fix this error.
