login action lost password 404

Hello,

i searched the forum but did not find any info about this problem.

When i try to recover my password (https://my.website.com/connexion/?action=lostpassword) using a legit user email , the plugin takes me back to this page

https://my.website.com/checkemail

with a 404 error

is it normal ?

Ps : i used the wordpress default “forgot your password” login and it worked…
