Login – 404 Not Found

  • Whenever I go to my wordpress login page or admin page aka https://privatetoursneworleans.com/wp-admin/ , I get a 404 message:

    Not Found
    The requested URL /wp-admin/ was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Earlier, I was trying to get my site an SSL certificate. I got the certificate via WP Encrypt plugin then thought all I needed to do was change the URL of the site to https (I obviously am not great at this stuff), and now I cannot access my site at all, the site is offline, and I cannot get into wordpress to change anything to fix it.

    I host via bluehost

    Any help is extremely appreciated!

  • Your site works fine here. No error on your wp-admin page either.

    Could be cache problem.

    Just got off the the phone with Bluehost support and they fixed it all up for me. Life savers.
