Logical problem in methode

  • Hello. I am trying to configure the free version of plugin with basic options that are allowed.

    I have two products category: A and B

    I set one shipping method:
    – Shipping charge 10,
    – cart contains category product: equal to “A”
    – country equal to “USA” (just example)
    – cart contains category product: NOT equal to “B”

    Then I set another shipping method:
    – Shipping charge 15,
    – cart contains category product: equal to “B”
    – country equal to “USA” (just example)
    – cart contains category product: NOT equal to “A”

    Both of this methods are working good if they are not together in cart.
    But when we are adding to cart products from both A and B – then there is no method

    I was trying to use your faq with Master settings, but this is not working

    Want to force customers to select a shipping method?[New] – yes
    Shipping Display Mode – tried both
    Number of shipping methods per page[New] – not saving and always shows 10

    How to deal with this situation. Need your help

    Thanks for reaching out to us and for sharing your requirements.

    Based on your rules, it will only showcase if there are only specific categories of products added to the cart.

    Can you please tell us that once both categories of products exist in the cart then you want to showcase the shipping charge to 10 or 15?

    So, based on your feedback we will provide you with the rules.

    I need that shipping cost always must be the highest if there is two or more categories in cart, so yes, – 15.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Okay, so now from the second shipping methods rules you need to remove the last rule.

    – Shipping charge 15, OK
    – cart contains category product: equal to “B” OK
    – country equal to “USA” (just example) OK
    – cart contains category product: NOT equal to “A” REMOVE THIS RULE

    Based on the above changes, it will check if category “B” products exist then it will add a shipping charge to 15.

    Please apply the changes and let us know how it works.
