    Hi,
    May I ask a question?

    If I have a site with shoe stores, listed by State and City.
    …I can set a plugin as..:

    1) If I’m in Texas – sidebar would show shoe stores in Texas.(ONLY)
    2) If I’m in Texas->Dallas – sidebar would show shoe stores in Dallas.(ONLY)
    3) If I’m in Texas – and have Featured stores – sidebar would show Featured shoe stores in Texas.(ONLY)
    4) If I’m in Texas->Dallas – and have Featured stores sidebar would show Featured shoe stores in Dallas.(ONLY)

    Is that correct?

    Yes, you can do this based on IP address (ranges). But be advised IP address location is never 100% accurate.

    Especially the Dallas exclusions can be tricky I think.
