Logging SEO changes?

    Unless I’m missing something, Simple History doesn’t log changes made to SEO settings?

    Would be great to have logs of changes to on-page settings like title and meta-description for Yoast & Rankmath.

    Even better if it could also log changes to indexing settings etc.

    Thanks for the suggestions, I know many people use SEO plugins so that would be a nice addition to the plugin. I’ve added this to my list of feature requests!
