Logging is not working when the browscap library is turned on

    Visitor records do not work properly when the browscap library is in use.
    For several days, there was no visitor record at all except for some Google bots, so I deleted the database and reinstalled the plugin, but it didn’t change anything.
    Today, I turned off the browscap library and everything returned to normal.
    This situation has occurred since December 3rd or December 4th.

    Thank you for open the topic, this is weird indeed this I just tested and worked fine.

    Could you please check your PHP logs for any issues?
