Logging into WP-ADMIN

I’m having trouble logging into my wp-admin. I think its because I went into settings and changed the urls. I tried doing what people have said in the last post but it doesn’t seem to be working.

I’m thinking about backing up my rss feed an deleting my current website.

Anyone who might know how to help will be greatly appreciated.
