Logging in through website

Hi. When I go to my website, there is an EDIT link, which takes me into editing of the site. This works fine with my windows 7. However, I would like to be able to access the site (logged in) from the virtual xp side browser. It only goes to the site, but no edit link, which I guess means I am not being logged in with that browser automatically.

Please advise how to sert it up so that I can access from either mode.
