Logging in help!

is www.remarpro.com associated with wordpress.com? because my user name for the .org one is not the same as the .com one, which i dont know the .com one.

I forgot my user name, every one i put in says it is wrong, so i can’t retrieve my password. is there a phone number i could call to maybe recover it?

umm this is aside from not knowing my login… but after i login, all of the admin .php files appear blank.
