• Yes, I tried all the steps in all the other posts about it, but I still can’t log in as the admin. It kicks me back to wp-login.php (like refreshing).
    I’ve put in:
    $user_login = $user_data->user_login;
    Went into my database and ensured the password was what I wanted by going to whatever that site was and hashing out my password and pasting it in.
    Still, nothing. It worked fine for the first two hours I had it installed.

    Anon, remember that “admin” is case-sensetive and does have a lower-case ‘a’. Could you please define what exactly happens when you try to login? Do you see an error? Is there a blank screen?

    MACMANX i have tried all that , clearing all cache’s cookies and etc . It just brings me back to the wp-login.php page again and again , but this is hapening only for the admin user , all other users can login without any problems . btw am using firefox verison 1.00

    Hm, having access to phpmyadmin would be the only solution that I’m familiar with, and probably the easiest. How difficult would it be for you to install phpmyadmin or get your hosting provider to install it? If you are paying a webhost, they should have all ready installed it for you. If the don’t, you could send numerous support emails to them. You are a paying customer after all. If you’re hosting your own site, phpmyadmin isn’t that hard to install.
