    Hi…

I’ve just added WooCommerce to my site – making a member-based site… and each time I log-in / log-out it is sending me an email report of the interaction.

In the Leadin settings I do have it set to ignore admins… But, I also have a product associated with my email… via WooCommerce, so I think it is also seeing me as a customer.

Long story short… I don’t want anyone triggered when they fill out the site’s login form…

    Thank you!

  • Hi –

Do you have a link to your WooCommerce sign in page? Leadin will only ignore forms submissions on admins when you’re actually logged in, but having it just check against the email address to check the user role is a better way to do it now that I think about it.

What we really need here is the ability for you to set specific forms by selector that don’t get tracked. I’ll chat with my team about this and let you know what we decide, but we’re most likely to bake this into the product soon just so you know. I’ll make sure to circle back here and let you know when that feature is added.

Subscribing, would love to have the option to turn on/off by selector – or at the very least have the login pages be ignored.

Just a quick update that we’re moving forward with making this change in the latest major version of Leadin we’re working on, which should be live to the public by the end of April or so.

The other major change we’re making in this next version is that we’ll store all your data in the cloud for you, which means the plugin will be faster, your data more secure and reliably backed up.

We’re looking for beta testers for this version, so if you’re interested let me know and I’ll add you to the list.
