Loggin text and button text gone, when hovering coming back

Hi,
on some of my installations, on the wp-login screen, sometimes the texts are missing. Button text, text ‘Name/Email’ or ‘Password’ are just gone. sometimes they are coming back when hovering the mouse above, but most of the time they stay blank and invisible.

Any idea?
It is like that in any broswer, I testet safari, chrome, firefox and opera.
