Logged user shifts site down…

  • Everything works perfect when not logged in. When a user logs in, the theme shifts down about 24 or 25 pixels and leaves the background color showing on top. I am assuming this would have been where the wp admin bar is. How do I correct this?

    I want to keep it from not showing but also not having the theme move down.
