Logged out users cannot see CSS changes unless W3TC is deactivated

    I am working on a website right now with this plugin installed. I noticed that the CSS was only making changes when I was logged in as an administrator. When I logged out and viewed the website, none of the changes were made. Clearing the cache did not work, so I tried deactivating the plugin, and that worked.

    I believe the client wants to keep this plugin, so does anyone have any ideas on what I can do so that I can keep W3TC but make sure it is not interfering with any changes? Maybe specific settings I need to look into? Or should I just get rid of it?

    Fixed! For some reason I had to disable browser cache under general settings. For other people that may need help with this issue, disabling minify worked for some people.
