Logged-Out User Lightbox Issue

    Hello,

    I have not heard back from support regarding my numerous requests to investigate a bug which occurs intermittently on the lightbox. Logged-out users will sometimes be redirected to the RAW image, effectively having them leave my client’s site and be brought to a dead end, killing the user experience.
