Hi, EvanCourtney
We can’t see any Ajax errors in the network tab of the developer console on the page,
but there are certain JS console errors for non-logged users, we can see.
–
If your table shows for only logged users, but not for logged out users,
it might be some kind of a security issue on the site.
Can you please try to see if you have any security plugins, disable them,
purge cache, and see if that helps?
–
If that does not help,
please reach out to your hosting support and send them the link to this page,
and tell them that you can see the content of our plugin only as logged in user, but can not as non logged in,
and see if they can find any security setting that might be blocking it.
–
If that does not help,
let’s check if it might be any kind of a conflict with another plugin.
Please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin,
purge all cache of the site, then refresh the page where the issue is, and see if the issue stops.
If it does, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue comes back.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
–
Please let me know if you isolated the conflict;
If not, please reach out to our support on this page https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/
and they can help you debug the issue further. Just refer to our correspondence here and they will help you out.
Let us know how it goes. Thank you
