Logged Out Shows Old & Top

    Update…it is showing on the bottom now and the correct message…BUT, the pending issue is that the logged out us view is still not showing it as STICKY even though it is selected as YES. Logged in users are seeing it as sticky?

    Input/thoughts on fixing that?

    Sorry for the late reply. Good that you have spent effort in sharing the configuration on your side.

    I tried to understand from the code when this could happen but could not see any obvious bug/errors.

    If you could activate the plugin for a day I can quickly check what is the difference between logged in/logged out user.

    If you are still interested in the plugin, please do activate the plugin and let me know.
