logged in users not allowed to submit quickly

    Hello,

    I have a form for internal employees to inter collected data, i see many rejected results for the reason of fast entry and i think even the user thinks his entry is saved while it didnt.

    Note that plugin setting is set to exclude logged in users already.

    Please help in excluding my registered employees.
