Logged in users getting cached pages

Many of my readers report that they are randomly getting cached pages when they are logged in and they can not access pages that are require login.
Caching for logged in users is disabled – of course – and I already tried to add some cookies and pages to the exception list, but nothing helps:
I’ve also disabled database and object cahing hoping that helps, but not.

I think it is a cookie problem, but i’m not sure. Please help ??
