No, was indeed a bug for network-wide config craigcac, which is fixed on the beta version with this commit. either apply that (very simple) fix manually in wp-content/plugins/autoptimize/classes/autoptimizeConfig.php or download the beta here and install that instead of 2.6.2?

Yes, I am running this with multisite and settings controlled at network level.
