Logged In and still seeing maintenance page

    I installed the Ignite Up Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode plugin. When I sign into my WP Admin section and go to the website, the maintenance page is still visible.

    I have checked the box in the plug in settings allowing the Admin to bypass the maintenance page.

    I created another Admin sign on and tried that one too. Same result.

    I’m sorry that you have this problem. We are guessing some other plugin which is active is changing your user roles. But we are happy to help.
