Logged for more time?

  • Hello. How can i make the members to be logged for more time? If they log in, after five minutes if they open again the site, they are logged out, even clicking Remember me?? How can i fix it or increase the logged in time? Thanks.

    Hi @qnkov,

    Can you please check your browser settings and see if it is allowed to accept cookies and make sure you are not using incognito mode.

    I’m not using incognito mode. If i’m logged like Admin, it doesn’t logg me out at all, but if i try with normal account, after few minutes if i open the browser, i’m out.
