2) Find “google-captcha” folder and rename it, the plugin will be deactivated.

1) Did you enter the keys on the plugin settings page correctly (for example, you could mixed up secret key and site key)?
2) Do you use some other plugins for recaptcha block adding? If you do, it is necessary to deactivate them.
3) The following plugins cause conflicts with Google CAPTCHA (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft due to their functionality features. Do you use any of them?

Also, you can try the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:
1) Try activating a standard WP theme for a while (2014, 2015) and check if the problem remains.
2) Try deactivating all of your plugins except Google CAPTCHA (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, please activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
