    Hello!

I have instances where, for example, a website user is logged out and can not reset their password. When I test, I can not replicate the problem.

Can Simple History record or report users/visitors browser agent to speed diagnostics?

    Thanks!

    Maybe.
When a user fails to login the browser user agent should be logged.
When they ask to reset their password the user agent is not logged (maybe it should be, I agree it’s useful in situations like this!)
Click the date/time of the logged event and a modal window should pop up with some extra info, including maybe the user agent!

I confirmed that the user agent is logged and visible in the modal when the user fails to login.

If I find time, I’ll fork your repo and offer an update to include the user agent information in password reset requests

    Thank you!
