Log Page Not Working

Hi, We have been using simple download monitor for some time now, however, I tried to visit the logs page today and the page is completely empty (white page, no data, no anything). We really need to access the logs as someone is spam downloading our links over and over and I’d like to get the ip and ban them. Any ideas / suggestions? Thanks in advance. Raina
