Log Out of Website

    My phone crashed and I didn’t make a note of the override url.

    Installed KEYY on my new phone, but cannot log back into the above site.

    I have added this code snippet to wp-config.php define (‘KEYY-DISABLE’, true);
    but I still cannot override the log in.

    Please help as I need to get to the back end asap.

    Lesson learned. ALWAYS back up. Even back up the back up!

    Any and all help will be highly appreciated. I am even willing to buy the premium version to get help, AND I really do like the app that much!

    Sorry for the delay.

    If you’re locked out of your site you can get back in by either removing the Keyy plugin or by adding the following define to your wp-config.php file

    define(‘KEYY_DISABLE’, true);

    the version you posted above is incorrect which is why it’s not working.

    If you didn’t backup your private key using the setting in the app then you will need to open a re-establish identity request here:

    https://getkeyy.com/re-establish-identity/

    Once happy it is you requesting the reset we will go ahead and remove the public key stored at getkeyy.com, you will then have to reconnect any sites as the keys will no longer match.

    Hello Ashley,

    I copied your code snippet into wp-config.php file, cleared the cashe and tried to log in. No success. I will open a re-establish identity request.

    I replied to your original re-establish identity request.

    I just seen that you opened another support request today saying you haven’t heard back from the first one? I’ve replied to that one also.
