Log on/off session in all pages

UM creates a logout page for you automatically. It’s probably located in

https://domain.com/logout/

Use that URL to create a logout button, link anywhere you want. You just have to make the link go to your logout page. That’s all.

You can add it to my account page if you override existing account template (you can customize UM profile and account pages really easy) here’s a guide from the codex:
