I have an information only site of pages, not a blog. The site requires that I set up a subscriber using their email and a password I assign, along with accepting Terms & Conditions.

The only information I want logged is when a subscriber logs in & out, unless it’s possible to log the pages they visit as well.

I don’t want to log when I log in & out and I don’t want to log the changes I make or updates to themes, WP or plugins.

I tried the suggestion you gave in another request but it didn’t work.

    Please advise.

    Thanks,

    Gary

I see how the use the Search options to show successful logins and logouts. However, now all I’m seeing is

    “Other – 1:30 pm (13 minutes ago)”
    “Logged out”

The user name is not showing. I really want to see “who” not just “when”

    Thanks,

    Gary

Solved, sort of – I deleted and reinstalled the plugin and used Message Types for the filters.

It shows the name & email of the subscriber who logged in.

One problem – It doesn’t show the name or the email of the subscriber when he logged out.

And I have to recreate the search every time I open Simple History to look at the log. Is there any way to save the search. Some code in a PHP file?

    Thanks,

The “Other logged out” log is a bug that will be adressed. It should show the name, or username, of the user logging out.

There is currently no way to “remember” or “bookmark” a search, but that’s would be a nice addition. I’ll add it to my list of feature requests!
