    Hello

    We are sending many automatic emails with Amelia Booking plugin but when we look at email log it is empty.

    How can we solve it?

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    Most likely, in the Amelia notifications settings you are not using the “WP Mail” option. In such case, the Amelia plugin uses their sending method, and not the wp_mail() function.

    And WP Mail Logging plugin logs only emails that were sent via the wp_mail() function.

    To log emails, please, enable the “WP Mail” in the Amelia plugin. You can check their guide for more details here.
