Log in to WP site, but not through second party

What is the question? Are you able to login?

Yes. I can log-in to my WP site, however when logging in to download a plugin I cannot get in for the transaction to take place.

Are you logging in with an admin account? You can try switching to Twenty Sixteen theme to see if that solves the problem. If it does, then the issue is theme related and you should request support here https://themeforest.net/item/shiroi-hana-an-elegant-blogging-theme/9722726/comments

I do not know much about changing themes. I paid for this one, and the little material in the site now cost a ton of expletives.
