Log in to get a Template

when I go to templates, it asks me to log in, I do.. then it pops back up saying you have logged in successfully, then another pop up comes, sorry your session has timed out. I have cleared my cookies and my cache. I don’t know what else to do but ignore it last night I was still able to just keep clicking for a theme, but today my image problems are getting worse
