i have form on my website that was kicking me off my ipad with messages that i was an intruder. When i went to my laptop to figure out what the issue was in the web developer i discovered the login page would not come up. i read the FAQ about what to do and it suggested clearing my history and cache on my laptop. after i cleared it i was able to get into the developer no problem. when i tried the form without changing any settings everything worked fine.
my question is .. what is it about clearing my cache that fixed up my form issue?

What form is on your website? Exactly what did the messages say?

Sometime forms or wordpress or some plugins, use a newer version of js or css, then old files are cached so you will get an error, by clearing cache, your browser get new files( html, css,js) and then it work ok.

For this, devs say in major updates, simple clear cache of site, and browser cache, most of update problems are fixed by this way.
