Log in Page Hangs Indefinitely

    I moved my WordPress installation from a folder to the root of my domain and can no longer log in to Bold Grid. After logging in to my webhosts account and logging in to WordPress I get redirected to https://mostlynative.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fmostlynative.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 where BoldGrid’s log on is displayed. I attempt to log in and nothing happens. I logged into BoldGrid directly to your website without issue and my website in the current (root directory) is listed as connected to my connect key. Please help me log in. I cannot get into my website to edit it until I am able to log in to BoldGrid from the wp-admin section of my website.

    Thanks a lot for your reaching out! It seems like you’re experiencing a login redirect loop issue. This is actually a web hosting issue with DNS, likely a result of something that occurred in the process of changing site folders.

    The BoldGrid login page you see is simply a themed login page, our themes and plugin enhance the web development process but we do not control any aspects of the web server itself.

    I see your site is hosted with our premium partner InMotion Hosting, they have a guide on fixing the redirect issue. The guide displays a few different causes and resolutions for the issue. You can contact IMH Support directly for more assistance with this as well.

    Also, you may be able to access the site by logging in directly from your InMotion cPanel account. This guide from InMotion explains how to do just that.
