Log in page broken

  • Tried to log in to site using log in URL. get a totally white page with the word “error” small in the upper left corner. Site appears to be working. Just paid to have work done on Gravity Forms contact form and change SMTP settings for emails.

  • If this issue has something to do with the work on gravity forms, narrowing down the problem by disabling gravity forms and any other custom plugins may assist in troubleshooting. If you have access to FTP, login and rename the plugins folder to plugins-disabled. This should disable all plugins (including gravity forms), this will tell you if it has something to do with Gravity forms or not. to re-enable plugins, simply rename the plugins folder from plugins-disabled to plugins

    access the the plugins folder inside the wp-content folder.
