Enable remote login in the DM settings.

    Thanks for your response.

That is activated, but it doesn’t work.

    I have two sites, e.g.
    mainsite.com
    secondsite.com

    Example:
If a user logs in under
    mainsite.com/wp-admin
    He’s not logged in under
    secondsite.com/wp-admin

Although the user exists in both sites.

Did you try logging into secondsite.com?

    Yes it was the same.

Open your browser console and see if you have a script error when logging in.

I’m not sure how to do that but I’m using a complete fresh wordpress multisite installation.

In another thread somebody told me that it’s not possible for different domains to use the same cookies due to security reasons. Isn’t that true?

That’s why I asked you to enable remote login.

Did you check your web browser javascript console to see if you had a script error? The remote login feature relies on javascript to function.
