log in not working and formatting log in submit fields

    Hello!

    I purchased the pro version for $10 through your site but I see theres no support there unless your on the monthly $99 plan.

    My log in page is not working. I have it set in the settings using the virtual page. Permalink set to post name.. Iv turned off all plug ins updated wordpress etc.

    People put there info in and it just doesnt do anything. Iv been having them log in via the regular wp log in page instead and it works and sends them to the dashboard page I have set thankfully. But id like the custom page to work.

    also im tryign to find the
    code and see why the log in fields alignment is messed up and the only css code i can find changes the input fields for all the other course fields that I have embedded and makes them stack on top of each other instead of being side by side.

    I cant reach anybody! they dont have support

    Its the same plug in …. ill downgrade tot he free version and hopefully get some help

    There is no support from the plug in unless you pay $99 a month! I am downgrading it to the free version. Please leave my ticket open.

    I would never invest the 99$ a month in this plug in if I dont get an answer here

    I installed the free version to test it and found a page to buy it for 10$ to be able to use more courses. However that seems to have no support and I am not even sure what to do now

    I am really frustrated after all the hours I put in. I am not signed up with there commercial products membership…

    Please help so I can truly evaluate whether to invest in this – at this point after this confusion I would not but I started a course and and I cant stop using this now

    Sorry for the late response, I’ve missed this thread ??

    First of all we do provide support on our forum and via live support chat for any plans purchased on our site regardless of it being for single licence or full access to our products.

    None of our products cost $10 but I have a pretty good idea where you purchased this plugin and it was definitely not on https://premium.wpmudev.org which is the reason you don’t have access to our support forum. I’m not gonna share their site link here but I remember that there have been a number of known incidents in the past with this specific site where such people place security vulnerabilities into the code and also were selling free versions of our plugins as premium ones.
