did you erase wp-admin folder or files within? Load them up again!

no i didn’t. i only erase a page called: log in

Yeah. Download a new copy of your WordPress installed version, find the file that you deleted in that download, and upload that single file. Don’t reupload the whole thing otherwise you’ll delete everything.

How exactly did you delete the log in page form the menu? Did you actually delete any PHP files?
