    These are the informations about my site:

    WordPress-Version 6.1.1

    Activ Theme: WordPress Theme Generator (Version 18 Jan, 16:44)

    Active Plugin: Master Slider (Version 3.8.7)

    PHP-Version 8.0.27

    Is that problem maybe caused by any of your updates? Or what could I do to resolve that problem?

  • I have the same problem since this morning. After deactivating the plugin through phpMyAdmin, I was able to log into the dashboard.

    I uploaded a backup from last day via ftp and the issue disappeared.

    Now I have the same problem on a different site. An this problem appeared again on my first site. Deactivating the plugin only helps zu be able loggin into the dashboard. But then? My sliders of course disapere from the site.
    What could be the solution for evating that issue?

    Same problem ! I received a mail with the link to access your dashboard on “recovery mode”. I desactivate the plugin. Now I wait for an update…

    Same problem here! Master Slider 3.8.7 With link to recovery modus I can disable the plug-in. Waiting for an update.

    Is there any solution yet?

    The problem has not been solved up to now, obviously. Today I got exactely the same problem as laffer81 five months ago. And even worse: Nobody seems to care about that. Is this forum abandoned?

    Question to other users of Master Slider: Does anyone know an alternative to the plugin? An alternative that offers better support than Master Slider does?

    Same problem. Started in recent weeks.

    I have the same problem with Master Slider Version 3.9.1 and WordPress 6.3, but only on one website, on the other websites it is just not possible to edit any slides.
